frequently asked questions.
Q: Can I specify a delivery date
when ordering?
A: We can't offer you a choice of
delivery dates to pick from when
ordering online but we make sure once
payment is successfully processed your
item is delivered between 24 to 48
hours, we'll call you to arrange a
delivery date as soon as the goods are
ready to be dispatched.
Depending on your order, someone may
need to be present at the time of
delivery to sign for the items but you
can specify a delivery address different
from your home or main contact address,
if more convenient. Some orders can be
left in a safe place. If so, we'll let
you know during the checkout process and
you'll be able to provide some special
delivery instructions.
Q: How do I know if my order has
been received?
A: When we receive your order, an
Order Acknowledgement screen will be
generated, issuing an order reference
number. Please print out this page for
future reference. You'll also receive an
email confirming that we have received
your order details.
Q: Can I add to an existing
order?
A: You can add items to your
order until you confirm your payment
details and complete the order. Once the
order is confirmed, you can't add items
to the same order. If you’d like to
order additional items, please
place a new order.
Q: Can I return a product,
exchange it or get a refund?
A: We want you to be totally
satisfied with every purchase you make
from A-Technology.co.uk. If for any
reason, you are not completely happy
with your purchase, please see our
Returns & refunds page.
Q: Can I place an order from
overseas?
A: Yes. Customers from abroad can
both register and place an order, as
long as the order is for delivery in the
UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO
addresses).
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We currently deliver to
mainland UK and Northern Ireland
(excluding BFPO addresses).
Q: Are receipts sent with
deliveries?
A: Yes, The receipt is the
address label on the parcel. You will
need this in case you wish to return
goods.
Q: How can I get a V.A.T receipt?
A: We can send you a V.A.T.
receipt for the product(s) you have
purchased. In order to receive such a
receipt, please email us including your
order number and we'll be more than
happy to deal with your request.
